This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5. The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, Florida is currently conducting market research seeking capabilities statement from all 8(a) small businesses that are capable of providing and performing interior and exterior painting on the main Eglin AFB, Florida and/or the surrounding reservation which includes Okaloosa, Walton, and Santa Rosa Counties. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals, and services as required to perform and provide INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING in strict accordance with the contract specifications and requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, Florida is currently conducting market research seeking capabilities statement from all 8(a) small businesses that are capable of providing and performing interior and exterior painting on the main Eglin AFB, Florida and/or the surrounding reservation which includes Okaloosa, Walton, and Santa Rosa Counties. All interested vendors shall submit a response demonstrating their capability to perform and provide interior and exterior painting along with other associated work. Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. As stipulated in FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation (Request for Proposal) exists at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion. The estimated period of performance is one base year and four annual options with an estimated magnitude of this project between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
