The Rockford Park District invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications and Performance Information to prepare design, engineering, construction plans, permitting, construction and construction administration services associated with the renovation of the Ingersoll Golf Course Irrigation System. Interested applicants must submit all documentation that is outlined within this Request. This is a design-build project. The Rockford Park District reserves the right to reject any or all prices or proposals submitted. Proposals will be awarded on a lump sum or on an individual basis. The new design shall demonstrate a fully functional and energy efficient system, with state-of-the-art controls, pumping and electrical wiring. Design should indicate head-to-head coverage for all areas of oncourse play and the driving range. The total budget for the completely new irrigation system is $2,000,000
