Each bidder shall submit with their bid the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford's Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any bid which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820ILCS 130/1-12). Rockford Arena Venues Entertainment Authority re-serves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities All requests for additional information must be made, in writing and via email, to: William Folk Director of Operations, RAVE wfolk@asmrockford.com Potential buyers are cautioned to read the information contained in this IFB carefully and to submit a complete response to all applicable requirements and questions. Any person, firm, corporation, or association submitting a proposal shall be deemed to have read and understood all the terms, conditions, and requirements in the specifications/scope of work Any bidder may withdraw their proposal at any time prior to 9:00 am on Friday, March 21, 2025. Any withdrawal must be made in writing to wfolk@asmrockford.com. Proposals will not be considered withdrawn until receipt is confirmed via email.
