ATWOOD HOMESTEAD GOLF COURSE DRIVING RANGE TEE COMPLEX It is the intention of these specifications to describe the general requirements for rebuilding the driving range tee complex at the Atwood Homestead Golf Course, 8990 Old River Road, Rockford, IL 61103. All parts not specifically mentioned in the scope of these specifications which are necessary to provide complete installation shall be furnished by the successful bidder. These specifications shall be construed as minimum. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK This project will include re-building the driving range tee complex including earth work, adding fill and or base, installation of concrete pad area, grading, seeding and sod work of finished area, as per the included plans and detailed specifications. The work described in these specifications represent the minimum requirements for construction and installation for this project.
