Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neptune Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Project is at the 300 and 400 blocks of Margaret Street, the 300 and 400 blocks of Myra Street, and the 400 block of South Street in Neptune Beach, Florida. The Work is generally described as local drainage improvements, including installing 6- and 12-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) drainage pipes and associated stormwater drainage inlets. The work also includes performing associated driveway, sidewalk, and roadway repairs. For further information or clarification, email pwbids@nbfl.us. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form attached) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01.C and 6.01.D of the General Conditions. The Issuing Office reserves the right to investigate the intent of use of the Bidding Documents. If the Issuing Office determines that the requestor intends to use the Bidding Documents for any purpose other than bidding the Project, the request for Bidding Documents will be denied and any check tendered with such request will be returned.
