The Selected Bidder shall furnish, unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for a functional and complete system ready for intended use. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all the items described in the Contract Documents, and generally described as the following: - Providing all required bonds; insurance; mobilization; preconstruction site photographs and videos; -Erosion and sedimentation control; temporary facilities; coordination, locating, and notifications with all underground utilities; - Construction layout and staking; dewatering; clearing for service, abandonment, and restoration; - Associated sitework, excavations, trench boxing, temporary sheet piles, filling, compaction, grading, landscaping, irrigation repairs, site restoration, and site clean-up; removal and disposal of all associated construction debris; as-built surveys; - Demolition and/or milling of asphaltic pavement, demolition of sidewalks and curb and gutter; - Installation of new asphaltic paving and concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter; - Signage and pavement markings (including temporary signage and pavement markings); - Maintenance of Traffic Plan implementation: - Seeding and/or sodding; - Construction of the new gravity sewer line crossing on 3rd Street, as shown on the plans and specifications, including all materials, labor, and equipment; - Demobilization; - Methods of construction and standards must be in accordance with Federal, State and City laws, rules, standards, specifications, ordinances, and the Contract Documents.
