proposals will be evaluated for the selection of vendors with the intent to enter into a contract (the "Contract") to provide the services described in Appendix "A" - Scope of Services. This Request for Standing offer (RFSO) is used to solicit responses to create a list of Approved Contractors for the CRD's Septic Maintenance Assessment Program. Candidates must be Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC) certified Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioners and demonstrate the ability to delivery high quality maintenance assessment reports to both the septic system owners and the CRD. A Contract will not necessarily result from this Request for Proposal ("RFSO"). Proponents should be aware that a follow-up contract may be awarded to proponents without further competition procurement. The CRD reserves the right to extend the Closing Time at its sole discretion.
