Description

Island Health is inviting proposals from construction management firms for tenant improvement services and construction for the 727 Fisgard St. Building, a 9-storey office space in Victoria, BC. The project will accommodate upwards of 320 administrative staff from various sites across the Capital Region District. The scope includes tenant improvements throughout all 9 floors and the parkade, involving but not limited to electrical and data upgrades, disassembly, moving, and reassembly of furniture, and the addition of office spaces and walls.
