Renovation of a parking garage in Gold River, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of October 22, 2025, this project has been placed on hold due to budget cuts. It is unclear if it will move forward in the future. The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for a one-time inspection, maintenance, and servicing of garage doors, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely. Construction shall be completed within twenty (20) WORKING DAYS following the official "Notice of Start Date" from the State to the Contractor to commence construction. Additional contract time will be allowed for delay caused by shortage of materials, provided the Contractor advises Engineer IN WRITING within 15 days from the beginning of such delay and provided the Contractor has made diligent effort to get supplies from known sourcesn properly and safely.
