The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Multi Year Fire Suppression System Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Services located at Joint Forces Headquarters Readiness Center (JRC), 10601 Bear Hollow Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, qualified personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, parts, permits, and travel to provide Fire Suppression System testing, inspection, and maintenance and the Joint Force Headquarters Readiness Center (JRC). All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor or C10 Electrical Contractor. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 6/4/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 35628. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 6/11/2025 at 2:30 PM.
