The Contactor agrees to provide all necessary parts, labor, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to monitor, service, test, repair and maintain all existing fire alarm systems, fire alarm monitoring systems and software, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, fire dampers, fire pumps, key stations, pull stations, fire doors, fire hydrant inspections, emergency lighting, and kitchen hood cleaning at Fairview Developmental Center, in accordance with the requirements of the California Code of Regulations, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-13 and 25). Question Deadline 03/04/2025 Bidders may submit questions for clarification of the content of this IFB to Iza.Arce@dds.ca.gov. Response to Written Questions 3/11/25. Proposed Award 3/25/25. The Agreement will be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
