Scope includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Site Preparation 2. Remove all existing mulch, grass, or debris from the designated area. 3. Excavate and grade the soil to create a smooth and stable foundation. 4. Level the soil as necessary to support proper sod installation. 5. Irrigation System Installation 6. Install new lateral irrigation lines and sprinkler heads. 7. Connect the new components to the existing irrigation system to maintain full functionality and proper water coverage. 8. Sod Installation 9. Submittal: provide product sheet of recommended grass type for approval prior to installation. 10. Supply and install fresh sod per the site plans and specifications. 11. Ensure the sod is laid evenly and thoroughly covers the area. 12. Finishing Touches 13. Complete all necessary tasks and incidentals to achieve high-quality, professional results. 14. 90-Day Maintenance Period 15. Provide comprehensive maintenance for 90 days after installation. 16. Ensure proper watering, monitoring, and care to promote healthy sod growth and establishment. 17. Any areas found to not in healthy condition during the maintenance period is to be removed and replaced. 18. Reference following pages for logistics plan for each site.
