The Port of Chehalis is seeking proposals for the following yearly service contract: 2025 Landscape Maintenance Service Scope of Work: Contractor will provide labor, equipment, and materials to perform general landscape maintenance activities on multiple commercial properties owned by the Port. Location: Multiple locations within the District. Contract Award Proposals will be scored on the following criteria: Total price of the proposal (1/3rd), ability of the contractor to adequately staff the required scope of work (1/3rd), and past work experience with projects of this size or larger (1/3rd).
