The dimensions are approximately 22' x 30' x 8'; it is polycarbonate covered. Georgetown County School District is seeking a contractor that is capable of all aspects of the following: 1. Remove existing 3' x 11' evaporative cooler and three (3) shutters from greenhouse endwall. a) Install new framing with 2" x 6" treated lumber and vent; b) Install NEW 3' x 11' cooler and vent door to endwall; c) Assemble and install two (2) 4' x 8' free-standing benches; d) Install two (2) 20" NEW horizontal airflow fans (HAF) fans; e) Install three (3) runs of irrigation over benches with fertilizer injector included. f) Install any and all safety equipment, including emergency exit signs, lighting and fire extinguishers, as may be required by state and federal law, building and fire codes, or by the SCDE Office of School Facilities (OSF). 2. District Responsibilities: a) Interior electrical wiring of motors, controllers, fans, etc.; b) Water tie-in to cooling system or irrigation system; c) Connect gas to heaters; d) Provide any interior plumbing; e) Provide designated area or dumpster for debris and waste disposal; disposal of waste/debris; f) Provide sanitary facilities for installation crew; g) Receive and store all materials prior to installation crew arrival. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
