Q&A Deadline 02/28/2025 12:00 PM (PST) Heavy Duty Equipment for Miramar Landfill Scope of Work. Contractor shall provide the Goods and Services to City as described in Exhibit B which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor will submit all required forms and information described in Exhibit A to the Purchasing Agent before providing Goods and Services. Term. This Contract shall be for a period of five (5) years beginning on the Effective Date. Unless otherwise terminated, this Contract shall be effective until completion of the Scope of Services. The term of this Contract shall not exceed five years unless approved by the City Council by ordinance.
