Estimated Bid Value One (1) contract As-Needed not to exceed $500,000.00 This Scope of Work is for As-Needed Environmental Consultant Services to support the City of San Diego's Airports Division (Airports) with various Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects, Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and ancillary projects. Services requiring support shall include, but are not limited to, planning, environmental, construction management, other airport consulting services related to O&M, and support of CIP projects. The as-needed basis for these services requires individual project descriptions within each "task order", as identified and authorized by the City of San Diego (City). Work under this contract will require environmental regulatory expertise to satisfy State and Federal compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as local, regional, and federal environmental compliance, and could include the following types of services: o Preparation of preliminary environmental constraint analyses and reports o Environmental resource and impact evaluations o Preparation of new and/or modification of environmental and technical reports o Preparation of mitigation, monitoring, and reporting programs (MMRPs) o Emergency or on-call environmental support o Construction and post-construction monitoring o Global Positioning System (GPS)/Geographic Information System (GIS) Services o Preparation of conceptual plans and/or construction plans and specifications for habitat mitigation/revegetation projects o Implementation of habitat mitigation, restoration, or revegetation plans o Mitigation monitoring o Permitting support for local, state, and federal actions o Vernal pool management, monitoring, and reporting o Sensitive, rare, threatened, and endangered species management and monitoring o Invasive plant species management and removal
