City Hall Office Build-out DESCRIPTION OF WORK: All work for the project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications provided by the City and the proposed improvements will be awarded and constructed, if award is made, under one Construction Agreement. Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering, and installing all plan materials, equipment and services. The project will include the build-out of four (4) additional offices, to include Doors, walls, Data/Comm relocation, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Sprinkler, and Permitting PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: In the event the Contract is awarded to the Bidder, they will thereafter enter into a written Construction Agreement with the Owner and furnish Payment and Performance Bonds in an amount equal to the Contract Price, in strict accordance with Section 255.05 of Florida Statutes. Payment and Performance Bonds shall be secured from or countersigned by an agency or surety company recognized in good standing and authorized to do business in the State of Florida BID BOND.
