Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Subject project calls for a proposal to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and transport needed in performing all work required to replace VFDs 1, 2, and 3 at Pump Station 2. The replacement shall include all programming and wiring needed to maintain the existing configuration and operation, replacing the existing drives with the most up to date drives available while maintaining like-for-like functionality, and in order to meet base operation requirements, the job will require keeping two (2) drives for the pumps in service at all times. The existing drives are Altivar 61/71 power guard adjustable speed drive controllers, documentation on the existing drives and their configuration has been included as part of this package. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, HAF standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
