Alkali Ridge Subdivision - 2025 Port of Arlington (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Alkali Ridge Subdivision - 2025 The Project includes the following Work: Earthwork; a roadway; sidewalks; and water, sewer, and utility improvements for the Alkali Ridge Subdivision. The Work generally includes the construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet (LF) of new asphalt roadway and 2,140 LF of new concrete sidewalks with Americans with Disabilities Act ramps, as well as the installation of 1,580 LF of 8-inch sewer line, 2,000 LF of 8-inch and 12-inch water line, sewer service lines, cleanouts, valves, manholes, fire hydrants, and water meters; together with all other Work required for a complete subdivision. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days. Est.
