The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 0.25-acre park in downtown Arlington, Oregon. Improvements will include a new splash pad facility, playground items, a shade structure, prefabricated restroom, decorative concrete work, landscaping, and other park improvements. Est. Value Notes: $1,050,000 to $1,150,000 The Contractor will be subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 (the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law). This Project is being funded in part through a grant from the State of Oregon Parks Department, a grant from Gilliam County, and the City of Arlington, Oregon.
