Construction of a new crew room within an existing work bay in the Arlington Maintenance Station. Substantial Completion: 5/15/2021 Final Completion: 5/15/2021 The work contemplated under an awarded Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Frame in overhead door opening to include an exterior door and window and addition of Fiber Cement Siding per plans. o Remove existing thru wall air conditioner in existing office. Demolish existing opening framing to original construction. Install new window and Fiber Cement Siding. o Removal of two personnel doors and replace with new 3'-0" x 6'-8" doors in compliance with ADA requirements. Provide door hardware as noted. o Preparation of interior space to be utilized as an office function. o Frame in Crew Room to include insulation of walls and ceiling. o Plywood cladding on bay side of walls and lid. o Insulate all walls to R-19 and ceiling cavity to R-30. o 5/8" Type X GWB on Crew Room side of walls and ceiling. o Suspended Acoustical Tile ceiling. o Complete electrical services including lighting, plugs, switches, re-routing of any existing circuits as required, circuiting for new Mini-split AC units etc. o Dual Head Mini-Split heating and air conditioning system. o Provide concrete pad and two concrete filled 4", 36" embedment steel bollards to protect exterior condenser unit.
