Site work for a water / sewer project in The Dalles, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment necessary to install approximately 3,191 feet of 30" sanitary sewer pipe, 375 feet of 48" storm drain pipe and all manholes and appurtenances. All work will be conducted in accordance with the contract documents. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished by the City of The Dalles and shall bear the signature of the Bidder. The project is to be completed by June 12, 2026. Bidders must be prequalified in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Prequalification forms shall be sent via email to mbosse@ci.the-dalles.or.us and must be received by October 16, 2025 at 4:00pm Pacific Time. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bid will be received or considered by the City of The Dalles unless the bid contains a statement by the Bidder as part of their bid that "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148."
