The ' New Community Fitness Center' is being funded by donations and district facilities monies. The initial budget has been estimated between $750k -$900 k. It is the intent of the School District to utilize existing funding to begin construction once final budget and Construction Documents are completed. The 'District Wide Deferred Maintenance Repairs' is being funded by district facilities monies and will include prioritized repairs on existing buildings as prioritized and outlined in recent Facilities Assessment reports done earlier this year. The initial estimated starting budget for deferred maintenance projects is $500k.
