Reference Number 0000287460 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/24 12:00:00 PM CST The work consists of applying and re-tracing longitudinal pavement marking paint at various locations within the Province of Manitoba, in accordance with the applicable specifications and with the plans on file in the office of Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure. Commencement Dates No Work on the Road Will Be Permitted Before April 20, 2025. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Sub Completion 1 Work for Stage 1 Including All Interchanges and Intersections Shall Be Completed Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before the Sub Completion 1 Date of June 01, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Sub Completion 1 Date for Stage 1 Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Sub Completion 2 Work for Stage 2 Shall Be Completed Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before the Sub Completion 2 Date of July 27, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Sub Completion 2 Date for Stage 2 Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion Work for Stage 3 Shall Be Completed Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before the Final Completion Date of September 07, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date for Stage 3 Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. In Addition to the Daily Liquidated Damages, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged to the Contractor if the Work is Not Completed by September 21, 2025. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: September 28, 2025.
