Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of restoring multiple Cut Permits within boulevards, medians, and other grassed areas with sod and/or seed in the North (West) Area of the City of Winnipeg. The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price, and agreement to bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, Form H1 Performance Bond, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price. A Labour and Material Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, Form H2 Labour and Material Bond, in an Amount Equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
