Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation and Associated Works (i) Ambergate Drive – Frontage Roads from Amber Trail to Pipeline Road (ii) Blechner Drive from Adsum Drive to Pipeline Road (iii) Marnie Place from Jefferson Avenue to Blechner Drive (iv) McKenzie Street from Church Avenue to Polson Avenue (b) Asphalt Pathway Reconstruction and Associated Works (i) Adsum Park Pathway from Maples Community Center to Margate Road (c) New Concrete Transit Stop and Associated Works (i) McGregor Street from Partridge Avenue to Leila Avenue (d) Sewer Repairs and Associated Works (i) Blechner Drive from Adsum Drive to Pipeline Road (ii) McKenzie Street from Church Avenue to Polson Avenue The Contractor shall not commence the Work on the Site before May 12, 2025, and shall commence the Work on Site no later than May 20, 2025, as directed by the Contract Administrator and weather permitting.
