The work consists of internal closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection of storm sewers, including preparatory cleaning, disposal of debris, bypass pumping, traffic control and completion and submittal of digital inspections and reports. The work also includes the heavy cleaning and root cutting as directed, cleaning of drainage structures as directed, and cured-in-place pipe for storm lining as directed by the Director of Public Works The contractor shall provide Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection for Storm Sewers 8 inch to 42 inch diameter including preparatory cleaning and delivery of cleaning operations documentation. The entire sewer segment (manhole to manhole), utilizing equipment specifically designed for sewer inspection, shall be used. The contractor shall provide a clear video of the sewer interior including all defects and taps encountered, view of the inside of structures, and all equipment, and traffic control necessary to complete the work. Storm Sewer and Structure Cleaning, including the cleaning of storm sewer lines and storm sewer structures, including hydrocarbon removal structures, shall also be performed as directed by the Director of Public Works at the locations designated by him. Cured-in-Place pipe for Storm Sewer Lining shall include a pre and post construction digital copy of the work in the locations as directed by the Director of Public Works.
