Plan, design, and construct a 16.3 mile extension of light rail from Lynnwood Transit Center to Everett Station via at-grade and elevated alignment. The project includes six new stations at West Alderwood Mall, Ash Way, 128th /Mariner, Southwest Everett Industrial Center, SR 526/Evergreen and Everett Station. The project also includes one provisional station, at SR 99/Airport Road and the extension of North Corridor Operations and Maintenance facility. This is a multi-year project and the programming reflects the funds available within the span of the regional TIP.
