Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a 3,210-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

General Contractors who meet the requirements of the Contract are invited to submit sealed Bids for work involving the construction of, and necessary grounds work for, a 3,210 square foot pre-engineered metal building addition to an existing pre-engineered metal building located at 8802 180th St SE, Snohomish, WA 98296 for Cross Valley Water District (Owner). The Bid and other data submitted will form the basis for the letting of a Contract for the work. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, which may be obtained as described below. Bid proposals shall be sealed in an envelope and addressed to Cross Valley Water District. No bidder may withdraw a Bid submitted for a period of sixty (60) days after the day of Bid opening. The construction work is scheduled to begin as soon as possible after the awarding of the Contract. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) Bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Deposits of bidders will be returned as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. One hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bonds will be required to guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract. Cross Valley Water District reserves the right to (1) reject any and all bids, (2) waive any irregularities and informalities in any Bid or in the bidding, (3) change the date, time, and place of Bid opening, and (4) revise the Contract Documents at any time prior to the day, date, and time set for Bid opening by issuing addenda.
