the Darby Creek Joint Authority 2025 Line Cleaning and Video Inspection Project. The project is to furnish all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and safety precautions as required to perform Line Cleaning and Video Inspection of 6,500 LF of 48" to 54" pipe. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Mar 6th 2025, 2:00 PM EST Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid made payable to the order of the Darby Creek Joint Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contractor's Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in such form and having as security thereon, such Surety Company as is approved by the Authority, in an amount of not less than the total of the accepted bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date set for the receiving and opening of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract and to waive any informalities in the Bids.
