2025 Road Improvement Program Sealed proposals will be received for the 2025 Road Improvement Program, which is comprised of approximately 242 tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair, 22,055 square yards of Milling, and 22,055 square yards of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay. Bidders must submit their proposals online and each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten percent of the total bid. All bidding documents are available online at no cost. The successful bidder is required to pay a fee to PennBID based on the contract value. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000. The Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as deemed in the best interest of the Borough.
