The project involves the construction of a new outdoor pickleball court facility and associated site improvements. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct a fenced-in pickleball court with an asphalt playing surface and acrylic color coating system, complete with net systems and game striping. Site improvements also include construction of an asphalt parking lot with ADAcompliant parking spaces, installation of concrete sidewalks and ADA curb ramps to provide accessible connectivity between the parking area and the court, and related site grading, drainage, and landscaping. Additional work includes installation of chain-link perimeter fencing with access gates, site signage, and pavement markings. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay "PennBid" a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal codes and standards. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000.
