The Board of Trustees of the California State University is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified general contractors (Respondents) to provide design-build and construction manager services with lump sum pricing for the design, preconstruction, and construction of multiple projects under a master enabling agreement. The delivery method for this contract is Task Order-Construction Agreement for Multiple Projects- Master Enabling Agreement (TO-CA MEA). The Trustees will issue two types of agreements under the TO-CA MEA-a task order for the design and preconstruction phase services and a construction agreement for the construction phase. Trustees' Budget for All Projects: NTE $30,000,000.00 Trustees' Maximum Budget per Project: NTE $7,000,000.00 Maximum Term of TO-CA MEA: Three (3) years {from OGC approval of MEA} Contractor License Requirement: B The Trustees require three percent (3%) Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation in all contracts. The Trustees shall assign up to three bonus points for the DVBE incentive, in the RFP Technical Proposal Phase of the selection process, if the proposer stipulates that they shall realize certain DVBE participation during the construction phase. If Proposer stipulates 6.0% or better, Trustees will award three bonus points; 5.0%-5.99%, two bonus points, 4.0-4.99%, one bonus point. The three percent participation requirement applies to the overall TO-CA MEA.
