Columbia County Fairgrounds 3 Head Mini Split HVAC Youth Building Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, which will be used for the purpose of comparison of bids. Award of the project contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Washington State contracting and prevailing wage rules apply. This contract provides for the furnishing and installing a complete 3 head mini-split HVAC system for the Youth Building at the Columbia County Fairgrounds, 5 North Pine Street, Dayton WA 99328. Prospective bidders must complete a walk through with the County prior submitting bids. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids . No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
