Vacant unit cleanouts, Wall prep, repairs and Painting for Interior Vacant BHA Units Under M.G.L. c. 30, & 39M the Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified Painting contractors for vacant unit clean outs, interior painting, wall prep and repairs on vacant BHA units that cannot be performed by current staff. This is a three-year contract that may be renewed at the discretion of the BHA with a favorable vote of the Board of Commissioners for an additional two-year period. Rule of Award: This is a three year (3) contract not to exceed $50,000 per year for the duration of contract. Jobs will vary in size and scope; work will be performed on an "as needed" / emergency basis. This work will be awarded to two (2) responsive and responsible bidders that meet the qualifications in the IFB. Award of contract will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidders. The Brockton Housing Authority, the awarding authority reserves the right to reject all bids if it is deemed in the public interest.
