General Cleaning of Vacant BHA Units Under M.G.L. c. 30B, the Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified Cleaning Contractors for vacant BHA units that cannot be performed by current staff. This is a (3) three- year contract. This is a not to exceed contract with a limitation amount of $150,000 over the duration of the contract.Jobs will vary in size and scope; work will be performed on an "as needed" / emergency basis.
