Disconnect and remove existing fire alarm system upon completion and acceptance of new system. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAMM) in the following category of work: Prime/Electrical and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed Update Statement. Each general bidder must submit a completed Unit Price Schedule and a completed HUD 5369-A Representations, Certifications and other Statements of Bidders and a completed HUD 2530 Previous Participation Schedule with their bid.
