RFQ for: Selection of a contractor to provide electrical and lighting repair work at the John Adams parking garage. RFQ (Request for Quotes) ($10,000 to $50,000) SCOPE OF WORK The John Adams Parking Garage is a 442-space parking facility owned by the Brockton Parking Authority. Due to the age of the facility and current operational failures, the garage needs upgrades and repairs. All work is to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations regarding electrical repairs. This quote is for electrical and lighting repairs to stairwell lights. Work will include: 1. Demolition of existing slab conduits on street-level parking area that feeds lighting circuits throughout the stairwells and first floor. 2. Supply, install and wire new circuitry from the main electrical room overhead to refeed lighting circuits in six corroded conduits. A. Six new conduits will need to be piped in the electrical room. B. Core/drill concrete wall at electrical room exterior. C. Install conduit rack and continue piping in the parking garage D. Intercept conduit runs to four stairwells at all levels E. Refeed circuitry from existing lighting controls and connect to existing circuitry. 3.
