A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of existing pavement at its Administration parking lot. BAT is requesting bids from qualified firms to remove and replace existing pavement at the BAT Administration parking lot to specifications, including all labor, materials, hardware, and training. The contractor will obtain all required permits from the City of Brockton and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and will provide properly qualified and licensed persons required to complete the work of this project. The performance of this contract is subject to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all equal employment op-portunity requirements. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Women Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to the request.
