This ambitious endeavor aims to transform the existing facilities into a state-of-the-art theater that will not only enhance the university's artistic offerings but also provide a versatile space for a variety ofperformances and events The renovation project will encompass the following key areas: 1. Theater Renovation: o Complete overhaul ofthe 264-seat University Theater to improve audience experience and acoustics. o Upgrade ofstage lighting and control systems to modem standards. 2. Adjacent Rooms and Support Spaces: o Renovation of all adjacent rooms used for rehearsals, dressing/undressing, and other support functions. o Expansion and modernization ofthe carpentry and fabrication shop to support production needs. 3.
