Original Solicitation Below for Reference: **This solicitation is a request for Letters of Interest** One-Two Sentences The project scope includes basement chiller and cooling tower replacement; rooftop air-cooled chiller replacement; MCC replacement, and standardization of BAS controls. All AHU's and VAV boxes shall also be assessed for potential inclusion.Design services are anticipated to include primarily mechanical and HVAC Controls design with associated electrical and plumbing design. Architectural, fire protection, and structural design may also be required.
