As of March 18, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Project is subject to the requirements of Section 292.675 RSMo, which requires all contractor or subcontractors doing work on the Project to provide, and require its on-site employees to complete, a ten (10) hour course in construction safety and health approved by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or a similar program approved by the Missouri department of Labor and Industrial Relations that is at least as stringent as an approved OSHA program. The Contractor doing the work must pay for labor at rates not less than those certified pursuant to Section 290.210-.340, RSMO by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations as indicated by the schedule included in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall forfeit as a penalty to the District, One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($100.00) for each workman employed, for each calendar day, or portion thereof, such workman is paid less than the said stipulated rates for any work under said Contract by him or by any subcontractor under him (Section 290.250.). Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's Maximum Bid Price must accompany each Bid, as stated in the Instructions to Bidders.
