The City of Fenton, Missouri seeks bids from qualified contractors for 2025 Fenton Sports Complex Exterior Repair/Paint Project. Any person who has obtained a copy of the Bid Documents may submit to the City an e-mail request to dhoward@fentonmo.org for an interpretation thereof no later than Friday, April 11, 2025, at noon (12:00 p.m.) Questions or requests for interpretation submitted via phone or voicemail will not be answered. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, etc. necessary to repair damaged metal siding/trim and paint the entire exterior of the Fenton Sports Complex concession stand building located at 945 Larkin Williams Road, Fenton, MO, more specifically as follows: 1. Repair (patch) or replace damaged exterior metal panels/trim as identified at the mandatory pre bid meeting. 2. Paint the entire exterior of the 3,300 square foot concession stand building, including metal panels, doors, trim, and gutters, in colors selected by the City Administrator. Paint must be high quality and durable exterior paint.
