The Project Generally Consists of the Following Items: Rehabilitation and Improvements of South Hayford Road, From Mcfarlane Road to Us-2; Including Pre-Leveling, Overlaying, Grinding and Inlay, Extruded Curb, Signing / Striping, Temporary Traffic Control and Other Related Work. All Work Will Be Performed in Accordance With the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Wsdot Standard Specifications. Thirty (30) Working Days Will Be Allowed to Complete the Work. All Questions Should Be Received Four Business Days (October 23rd) Prior to the Bid Opening to Allow the City Time to Respond. Irregular Bid Proposals Will Be Rejected in Accordance With the Specifications. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by Cash, a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, Payable to the City of Airway Heights, in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, Each in the Full Amount of the Contract Price. All Work Performed Will Be Subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates. The City Shall Have the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Not Accompanied by Bid Security or Data Required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in Any Way Incomplete or Irregular.
