Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Valley School District is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for BP#2 Structure at the Valley Early Learning Center, which includes wood framing, wall/roof sheathing, steel, foundations, slabs, and site walls. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in the contract specifications. A bid bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above. Sealed bid proposals will be accepted at the office of Garco Construction, Inc., and late, faxed, emailed, or phoned proposals will be considered non-responsive. Valley School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities on bids received. Contract documents can be reviewed at designated locations or online. Bidders can obtain documents for a deposit, which will be refunded upon return by unsuccessful bidders.
