Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.

The General Nature of the Work is as Follows: This Project Involves Rehabilitating the Intersection of Spokane International Airport's Primary and Secondary Runways (Rwy 3-21 and Rwy 8-26). Work Includes Asphalt Removal and Replacement, Pavement Grooving, Striping, and Upgrades to Airfield Lighting Systems. All Work Will Be Performed and Completed Per Contract Phasing. Any Bid Submitted by a Firm Which Did Not Attend This Pre-bid Conference Will Be Rejected. The Pre-bid Conference Will Be Hosted on-site for All Bidders. Questions During the Bid Period and Inquiries Regarding Bid Results (After Bid Opening) Should Be Directed to Tawny Thompson (Tawny@shamrockpaving.us). Questions Shall Be Submitted by June 18, 2026 at 6:00 P.m. Pdt.
