Site work for an industrial development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade industrial development.
There are 3 main categories of stormwater structures present at both the Valley and North transfer stations: swales, drywells, and catch basins/culverts/piping infrastructure. Stormwater that is collected in the gutters of the buildings at each transfer station is directed to downspouts, where the stormwater is discharged to designated bio-swales, catch basins, and in extreme cases, to drywells. For pavements, concrete, and gravel areas, the site drainage was designed so that generated stormwater is also routed to bio-swales, catch basins, and in extreme cases, to drywells. Contractor to provide labor, materials, service repair, and equipment for the project. In order to be considered for award of a contract which the County solicits under Small Works Roster Process, a contractor must be registered as a contractor under the County's Small Works Roster Program and must also be considered a responsible bidder under RCW 39.04.350. Estimated cost: $100,000 - $150,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions must be submitted no later than : Monday , November 10 , 2025 , at 3:00 PM ( Pacific Time ) . Questions received after this deadline will not be addressed .
