Power Wash, Preparation & Staining of identified buildings at Natural Tunnel State Park. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain bids to establish a one-time contract with a qualified vendor to provide pressure washing, preparations and staining services, at the Natural Tunnel State Park, Residence, Cabins and Lodges located on the grounds of Natural Tunnel State Park, Duffield, Virginia, Scott County. The qualified supplier shall provide, equipment, labor and supplies to perform all services at the below listed Site Service location, a member of the state park system managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation following specifications listed below: A. Site Service Location: Natural Tunnel State Park 1420 Natural Tunnel Parkway Duffield, Virginia 24244 Initial Period of Contract: Award by Approved Purchase Order Issued from online to be scheduled within 10 days of award and completed per enclosed schedule. Questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents must be sent in writing via email, to mary.cook-jones@dcr.virginia.gov (Contracting Officer) no later than 5:00 PM EST on February 11, 2025 Please include IFB Number Reference in the subject of the email. If the Agency concludes that questions and answers require a change in scope of work, all questions and answers will be provided by addendum to be posted electronically.
