Site work and paving for a civil project in Clintonville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 2,500 SF Remove & Replace Conc. Pave., 8" 40 LF Remove & Replace Curb & Gutter, 30" 1 EA Adjust Exist. Storm Inlet 3 EA Adjust Existing Manhole 8 EA Inlet Protection - Type D-M All proposals shall be submitted on bidding forms included in the Project Manual furnished by Kunkel Engineering Group, LLC, and per the provisions of the Project Manual. Each Contract Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the CITY OF CLINTONVILLE in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and the Insurance Certificate(s), as required by the Contract Documents, within 15 days after the Notice of Award of the Contract by the CITY OF CLINTONVILLE. Failure on the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond to the CITY OF CLINTONVILLE as liquidated damages. The CITY OF CLINTONVILLE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time for opening bids.
