The Town Chairman for the Town of Larrabee, Waupaca County, is Requesting Engineering Bids for a Proposed Town Road Improvement Program (Tris) Om Brandy Creek Road for Reconstruction Anticipated to Take Place in the Year 2027. All Bids Should Be Labeled Brandy Creek Rd Reconstruct, Tris With Firm Name and Address of Bidder Incorporated on Outside of Envelope. Envelope Shall Be Sealed. Project is Part of Local Road Improvement Program. Project Consists of Recon-structing 2.03 Miles (10718 Feet) Including Engineering Design, Five (5) Culverts, Driveway Joints, Reconstruct Intersection, Re-establish Crown, Regrade Ditches, and Widening of Roadway. Hot Mix Asphalt Using Type 4lt58-28. Pavement Will Be Placed 22 Feet in Width, With a Total Compacted Thickness of 2.5 Deg Driveway Openings Shall Have a 1 Foot Asphalt Approach Placed at Each Entrance. Shoulders Will Be Placed 4 Feet Wide on Each Side of the Newly Paved Roadway, Using 3/4" Cabc Gravel. Driveway Approaches Shall Have 34 Deg Cabc Gravel Placed to Blend the Driveways Into the Newly Placed Shoulder Material. A Performance Bond Made Out to the Town of Larrabee Will Be Required. Contractor Must Also Provide the Town of Larrabee a Certificate of Insurance. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of Bid Payable to the Town of Larrabee. The Town of Larrabee Reserves the Right to Wave Any Informalities or to Reject Any and All Bids and to Award the Contract to the Contractor Who in the Judgement of the Town of Larrabee Will Best Serve the Interest of the Town of Larrabee.
